Junior Year Journey
Junior Year is a BIG Year!
AP classes, college dreams, sports events, social events, jobs, and family time! It’s a lot to manage and it’s known as the most stressful year of high school.
I get it. As a mom of two adult children, I’ve been there — I stressed, worried, and nagged. Now I have a teen entering Junior Year. I know it’s coming! As a therapist, I’ve seen the stress and overwhelm in teens and parents.
Parents, do you wonder what they can do to make sure it all gets done? The homework, the college essay prep, selecting colleges to apply to next year, managing stress — it’s up to your teen, and yet, you’re the Mom.
What if it didn’t have to be that way?
I’ve spent years interviewing college counselors across the country, researching, reading books, listening to podcasts and talking to parents, college students and young adults. I’m committed to taking a better approach to help you.
It’s all wrapped up in a package with a big beautiful bow!
